Michael Grüninger is a graduate from Pontificio Ateneo S. Anselmo in Rome with two Bachelor of Arts Degrees (Theology and Philosophy). He holds a Master of Business Administration of Webster University in Geneva. Moreover, Michael is a type rated airline transport pilot. His aviation background includes work as a flight inspector at the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and as vocational trainer for airline Managers. He is an accredited IS-BAO and IOSA Auditor, as well as a Human Factors Specialist EAAP. Michael teaches at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Andreas Grauer is an active pilot with 30 years of experience as a captain in airlines as well as in business aviation. He holds a degree in law from the University of Konstanz and is accredited as a lawyer by the bar of Freiburg/Germany. Andreas specializes in Aviation Management Systems and airline start-up and turn-around management including management personnel development. He has extensive experience as Accountable Manager, Safety Manager, Compliance/Quality Manager and auditor. Andreas teaches at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
Christian Preatoni holds a Master degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He has extensive experience in the field of airworthiness and maintenance management.
