During 2016 Jet Time was severely challenged on multiple levels and as I had worked with Michael Grüninger before I joined Jet Time I asked him and GCS for support developing and implementing a completely new Management System including a skilled organization. All had to happen fast and alongside a radical downsizing of the company taking place during 2017.
A key component in the plan was the employment of Andreas Grauer/GCS as Interim Head of Safety, Quality and Compliance. Now three years later and when Andreas is handing over the CMM position as his last duty it is a pleasure to see the result. Our journey towards the present Management System and organization would not have been possible without the competent support and dedication we have gained working with GCS and Michael Grüninger – and in particular Andreas Grauer being the on ground and hands on specialist that successfully were able to integrate and help moving the organization.
