Michael Grüninger

Managing Director

Michael Grüninger graduated from Pontificio Ateneo S. Anselmo in Rome with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theology and Philosophy. He also holds an MBA from Webster University in Geneva. Additionally, Michael is a type-rated airline transport pilot. His aviation background includes roles as a flight inspector at the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and a vocational trainer for airline managers. He is an IATA consultant, an accredited RBI IOSA Auditor (FLT, CAB, DSP), and a Human Factors Specialist (EAAP). Michael teaches Safety Risk Management, Quality/Compliance Management, and Flight Operations at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Andreas Grauer

Deputy Managing Director

Andreas Grauer is an active pilot with 30 years of experience as a captain in both airlines and business aviation. He holds a law degree from the University of Konstanz and is accredited as a lawyer by the Freiburg Bar in Germany. Andreas specializes in Aviation Management Systems, airline start-up and turnaround management, and management personnel development. He has extensive experience as an Accountable Manager, Safety Manager, Compliance/Quality Manager, and auditor. Andreas served as a lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
